- For the life of the product: one payment, no renewals, for as long as Kleos is offered.
- The limits above, every month: they reset on the 1st, and each stops at its limit (nothing extra is ever charged). No short videos.
- AI models: Articles and newsletters are written by the same AI model as the monthly plans. Social posts, monthly planning and buyer research use a lighter model than the monthly plans and your free first post, and quick tasks (tagging, sorting AI-assistant answers) a lighter one still, to keep a one-time price sustainable. Subscribe to a monthly plan any time for the premium model everywhere.
- Fair use: AI work stays within a monthly fair-use limit; if you reach it, drafting pauses until the next month, or email support.
- 30-day refund: ask within 30 days of paying for a full refund. Refunding ends the license.

Pricing questions
What counts against my allowance?
Each social post, article, newsletter, finished short video, AI assistant check and search researched counts once. A standard image uses 1 image credit; a premium image uses 3. Allowances reset each billing month and don't roll over.
What happens when I go over?
On a paid plan, extra usage is billed per item at the rates above, on your next invoice. Newsletters stop at your plan's allowance: no extra issues are ever charged. During the trial, usage stops at the trial limits.
Do rewrites cost extra?
Each social post, article and newsletter includes two free rewrites when you ask Kleos to rewrite it from your note. After that, a rewrite counts as a new one. Videos count when the finished video is made.
How long can videos be?
Included videos are short, template-based videos: up to 30 seconds on Starter and 60 seconds on Growth and Pro. Previews don't count; final renders do.
Which plans include AI visibility?
Every plan: Starter (300 AI assistant checks a month on ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity), Growth (1,200 AI assistant checks) and Pro (4,000 AI assistant checks), which check ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Gemini. Kleos asks your customers' questions every week and shows who gets mentioned, recommended and cited. One AI assistant answering one of your buyers' questions counts as one check.
How do newsletters work on each plan?
Kleos researches, writes and designs each newsletter issue. Starter includes 2 issues a month as HTML export; Growth (4) and Pro (12) send or schedule them through ActiveCampaign, with Mailchimp, Kit, Klaviyo, beehiiv and HubSpot coming soon. HTML export works with any email tool.
Can Kleos publish automatically?
Yes, on every plan. Approve each piece in one click, or turn on auto-approve and auto-publish for each business. Every piece passes claim and quality checks before it goes out.
How does the trial work?
Your plan and first post are free. Choose a plan and add a card to start a 7-day trial with set limits (10 posts, 2 articles, 1 newsletter, 5 image credits, 1 video). You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

On every plan, Kleos asks ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity (plus Gemini on Growth and Pro) the questions your customers ask, every week, and shows whether they mention or recommend you, who they name instead and which sources they rely on. Gaps become suggestions for content. They show where you stand; they don't promise you'll be recommended.
